The special edition of Pecha Kucha Ljubljana Vol. 12 returns to BIO 23 in Riko Hous. On Friday, 9th November, 15 featured artists from the field of graphic and industrial design, architecture, modern dance and visual arts will present their ideas, projects, and inspirations in a condensed and attractive way.

Pecha Kucha Night is a platform for the presentation of ideas and projects by various artists. Its concept was introduced in Ljubljana several years ago by T5 Project Space Gallery. Pecha Kucha Night was conceived in 2003 by the architects Astrid Klein and Mark Dytham in Tokyo. It is a patented system of short lectures as an alternative to long, tiring presentations. It has proven as a good way for condensed, informative presentations by various artists. The event immediately became a global forum and without promotion spread to the capitals of the world. Every participant can show 20 images, each of them is shown for 20 seconds, which means 6 minutes and 40 seconds for each presentation.
