Round table

How do the new generations of designers approach the issues of local communities and the environment? How do the younger generations of designers in Slovenia imagine and interpret sustainable design? How can we connect vernacularism and contemporariness? How can the Slovenian vernacular be utilised to tackle global problems? How can local vernaculars be translated into a non-local context?

The round table will explore the relationship the younger generation of designers have towards sustainable design and vernacular practices as well as investigate the production process of the BIO27 teams.
